1. On the plus side, the location is excellent, the room service menu is good, and the hotel was just what I needed for a short stay in NYC to get some meetings over with.

On the plus side:- Beautiful hotel- excellent location- big room with decent city views (suite on 11th floor)- good room service- attentive front of house- one of the best hotel bathrooms I've experienced (albeit a bit small) Negative:- this hotel just lacks that something 'special' to make it memorable.

7. House keeping and rooms service was excellent , the food and service at the Le Caprice were very good , at the end I must say that the location of this hotel is Perfect , Go FOR IT without hesitations .

8. caprice nice, food good, slightly annoying constant top ups of the glass cabinet or cutlery tray which interfers a bit with room to see waiters walking with large trays of glasses etc.
