5. It could hardly be better located (if you want to be mid/uptown); it is luxurious and we felt pampered, but we came away feeling let down by the whole experience.

10. Two deliveries were misplaced and one delivery was completely missed and had to be returned to sender after check out because the Taj forgot to deliver it while I was there- Incompetent breakfast service at Le Caprice (apparently they do much better at dinner) -- doesn't open until 7 p.
