On the plus side:- beautiful hotel- excellent location- big room with decent city views (suite on 11th floor)- good room service- attentive front of house- one of the best hotel bathrooms I've experienced (albeit a bit small) Negative:- this hotel just lacks that something 'special' to make it memorable.
