1. The hotel arranged our transfers from JFK and after a long flight it was lovely to see Maurillo (from the limo & town car company) in arrivals with our name board and a huge smile and shook all our hands and put all our bags in the car.

4. Almost every single piece of furniture in the room was banged up, dented, in some areas scraped down to bare wood in several places, the side chairs are all stained up and sooty or have holes, most couches STILL have the cheap red slipcovers on them from at least 2008 and are even torn up or splitting at the seams (and thats a slipcover - can you imagine what's underneath?) handles/drawer pulls missing from drawers, armoires completely chipped, barely a dish in the huge kitchen that you might be luckly enough to have.
