1. The TV was an old-tube type, which actually gives a better picture when the signal is the old analog type than the new plasma flat-screens.

4. Given the comfort of the accommodation, the price that I paid, and the fact that the apartment was spotless, I had no problem with the fact that the television sets are old and some of the furniture and the carpets have seen better days.
