1. The rooms I have had were perfectly adequate, decently furnished, and with a satisfactory kitchen.

2. The kitchen had plenty of counter and cupboard space, and older but quite decent GE appliances (fridge/freezer, gas stove with four burners and an oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker and toaster).
