When my parents arrived, there was a small mix-up with the transportation company and for some reason, the payment information that I had sent to the company was not relayed to the driver, so he was asking my parents for payment (which I was kind of horrified at since I didn't want them to have to worry about a thing), but the hotel staff were on it and immediately contacted dispatch at the transportation company and as they had all my booking and payment information for all the services I had requested, they were able to set everything straight right away and my parents had nothing to worry about.
