1. (NY streets can be quite loud overnight with garbage trucks and general traffic) However I was checking in early and my room wasn't ready.

7. Kimpton InTouch also noticed my birthday had just taken place a few days before and they put a lovely birthday cake and a bottle of Brut in our room along with a coupon for $15 in mini-bar items from the general Manager.
