1. The lobby was nice and welcoming as they had two big jugs of water with lemons and oranges - very nice to come in and have a glass after walking for a while.

I know that this isn't much of a review since I wasn't there and at first I felt a little bit embarrassed making such a big deal out of things when I wasn't including a ton of extra packages or other big-ticket things, but honestly, this hotel already won me over just by the extra patience that they had with me ensuring that they also cared that my parents were coming to celebrate something special to them and also by ensuring me that my parents would be well-taken care of during their stay.
