The only gross thing was that the laundry on our floor (15th) is put in a hamper in the hallway which would have been disguised and unnoticeable - except - that the staff let it overflow both days we were there and as we walked out of our rooms you had to hug the opposite wall the get by without touching some strangers dirty towel.

9. We have found the Kimpton chain overall to have very clean and well-appointed rooms, and ours at the 70 Park was no exception.

10. Our room was lovely and except for the occasional fire truck we slept through the night without hearing a peep from inside or outside the hotel.
