4. To start on a positive, the hotel is well positioned if you are planning to walk into town, and is also reasonably clean, although the bathroom could have done with a bit more elbow grease, but that's as far as the good bits go.

10. I am loyal to Kimpton hotels, having had very positive experiences in other cities, so I expected the same when booking this hotel for an overnight stay to celebrate my anniversary.
