1. The strong points are: location, spacious, nicely designed, and functional rooms, good service/cleaning, and reasonable price.

2. Whilst this hotel is not as nice as The Soho Trump and the rooms are smaller, I believe the hotel is less expensive to reflect this.

3. The bathroom shampoo's etc smelt really nice, although I have no idea who they were by and the robes were also nice.

There are many great restaurants in the neighbourhood, including cafe metro and various diners for a cheap quick breakfast and then nice restaurants for a more relaxed breakfast/brunch and supper - we loved Rue 57 on 57th &6th, and also the famous oyster bar on 7th Avenue right across the street from the hotel.

5. Everyone from the front desk, the concierge, to the doormen were unbelievably nice & exceptionally helpful in suggestions for my trip.
