6. Housekeeping were very prompt, and one day when I didn't get up until 11am they had slipped a note under the door to say call 62 when you'd like your room refreshed.

7. Also they need to put in some sort of door closers as when someone shuts the door it sounds like it is the final F you after a fight, which can be a bit startling after a night out at 6am.
