1. I would definitely recommend The London for overall service, location and facilities provided you don't order food at the hotel (except in the Gordon Ramsey restaurant).

4. Yes it's beautifully designed, yes the menu in any of the restaurants is to die for and yes the rooms and service are exceptional, but what sets this hotel apart from others is that it carries it off with such charm and grace.
