3. Upon check in, we were offered a slightly upgraded suite with French doors between the rooms (some have this, others do not) Check in was friendly and the young woman seemed to really care that we were there.

6. The last thing I need is partying knuckleheads and a hotel staff who does not take care of the customer (of which there are a multitude of hotels in Manhattan).

7. Be careful of the 4:30-5:30 hour because it's a major shift change for the cab drivers and they won't pick you up even if you dare them to hit you.
