1. The positive: it's close to Time Square, and the price was reasonable compared to a big-name venue.

2. The television is mounted in one fixed position to the wall, so unless you are directly in front of it (laying on the bed), you can't see it.

7. Another positive is that the Hotel was a street away from our favourite deli in New York called Times Deli ( 45th Street ) which does the most amazing burgers and sandwiches going.
