3. The service is solid, breakfast is great (European style - sliced meats, cheeses, breads, coffee, teas, etc) and their happy Hour is excellent.

5. The indoor pool was a nice touch however it seemed a bit cold when we jumped in, maybe just a technical glitch? All staff we came accross were very helpful, happy & informative.

9. The pool wasn't as user friendly as we would have liked, each night loud music and 'happy hours', so not conducive to relaxation.

10. It was late and while not happy I just 'lived with it' for one night - in the morning they told me all the non-smoking rooms were already given out that day.
