1. Quite unfortunately, the hotel's aesthetics were simply a facade given the horrendously poor customer service we received from a particular receptionist and the malfunctioning state of their facilities in general.

4. The staff in general were not very helpful - and when we wanted a taxi to the airport, we were told the normal cabs were metered and would be $65-70, so we were booked a private taxi for $60.

7. Excellent use of space in general Steamroom and sauna are very nice to relax after a day walking through the city.
