1. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in our room it was very clean and welcoming a there was plenty of hot water for a shower.

2. we stayed in a 2 bedroomed flat, with kitchen, bathroom and living room (where there was a put me up bed which was very comfortable) the kitchen had a fridge, cooker, dishwasher, there was also a welcome basket provided.

Stayed here in February 2012 for 5 nights in Room #5C - a king suite - summary points:- Very comfortable king-sized mattress & a large plasma TV in bedroom; lots of storage units- Larger plasma TV in separate lounge area, which has a dining table, sofa, coffee table & desk unit- Separate kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, etc (welcome pack in fridge)- Safe in room (key required from reception)- Decent bathroom- The staff were all good, but Sam on front desk was most helpful and offered ideas for places to eat, things to do, etc.
