3. Beaware though that it is very easy to block the toilets, best to 'close the door before all the guests have left' flush and start again if you see what I mean.

Since I've left the hotel, I did fill out a survey for best Western and mentioned this as a bad experience for me, I heard back from the Hotel manager and he apologized and said something was wrong with their system as typically this pump is cycled off at nights and should not have been running at all.
