5. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful if you need anything, and having breakfast included was a great bonus, we took it up to our suite on trays every morning (breakfast room smallish and can get very busy).

6. You cant get away from New York street noise but have a full and busy day and exhaustion takes over and the bed was superbly comfortable, there are ear plugs if you want them and the room was extreamly pleasant.
