1. Not a care in the world walking at night with my husband and kids.

2. Be aware the hotel can be a bit loud at night if you are in the front and on a lower floor; but the hotel provides ear plugs and after a day of exploring New York City you will be too tired to care about the noise.

9. We called to upgrade to the penthouse suite with two bathrooms, instead of the one bathroom, and Sam took care of us with no problem.
