1. Robert the general manager refused to speak to us despite having a five minute conversation with the assistant manager on the phone in front of us.

2. All the staff were brilliant and very helpful, we found that if we told the front desk where we were going that day they generally had money off vouchers available or could tell us the best time to go and avoid the queues.

9. Staff were very pleasant and arranged transportation for us to the JFK Airport and were always very helpful with giving directions and general knowledge around the city.
