2. What else can one say? Great location, free hot and cold breakfast, 24/7 coffee (and it's good coffee, no less), friendly staff, highly competitive prices for the area, good sized rooms for NYC, widescreen TV (HD on some channels), free wi-fi, spotless rooms, etc.

Melissa went out of the way to open up the rooms and show the rooms even prior to booking, then the bell desk helped with our number of luggage bags which we stowed at the hotel prior to check in when we were away at Niagara, and two rooms were given which had interconnected doors, wonderfully clean, the linen was spotless and house keeping was really good, the reception was warm, the morning breakfast was complementary which at Novotel was a dreary affair and you shell out $ 30 for the same.

The next day we had finished breakfast and I was with my doughter she was still tyred and a little cranky and began to cry Alonso one of the employees approached us and he began to speak like Donald Duck my daughter stoped crying she began to giggle truly very happy with the excellent detailed customer service rooms where spotless beds so comfortable.
