1. The hotel staff was very courteous; the room was clean and good sized (very spacious for NYC); the location was awesome -- near subways and Broadway (the street AND theatres).

8. What I mean by that, is if you get up and hit the streets all day and just use the hotel as a rest stop it's awesome.
