1. All staff were extremely helpful and courteous whether hailing cabs for us at 4 in the morning, to giving us clear instructions on navigating the streets.

This property would probably be considered a 3-star hotel - it's no frills but it's clean, the rooms are fairly large for NYC, the staff is extremely courteous, the location is great (a few blocks from the heart of Times Square, like a block from the Subway and Hell's Kitchen), and it has a nice breakfast that's free.

8. Not only is this location close to everything midtown and the E subway express line straight from JFK, but the staff was courteous, there was not charge for holding my bags before or AFTER checkin and out, free internet and a wonderful free breakfast.
