First the positives: rooms (we had a king) are large and comfortable for NYC hotel rooms in this price range, staff was friendly and helpful, location close to Theater District and Times Square but not TOO close, lots of food options for free breakfast, 24 hour lobby coffee service, hotel was generally clean, had free internet and lobby iPad usage, and subway stop only a block away.
