1. A big offering for breakfast, which considering you are in NYC, can easily save you $10.

8. Always stay at Hilton chain hotels, and find this as convenient and comfortable and a bit easier to get around than it's big brother that's over a couple of blocks(The Hilton) on 6th Avenue, and parking and getting car on check-out is easier and cheaper.

10. Make a reservation and pay big bucks to go to a party within sight of Times Square, or be very uncomfortable standing in the street for 12 to 24 hours on sore feet without food, water, and a bathroom.
