4. The juices are all fresh-squeezed and there is a terrific selection of house-created cocktails on the menu served by fantastic bartenders who will chat while they work even though they're busy without missing a beat.

5. The staff was wecoming and helpful, I had a problem with my inroom telephone, and it was dealt with immediately, the staff in the restaurant was terrific, as was the food.

6. The hotel is surrounded by bigger, morer famous (and maybe infamous?) hotels, such as the Algonquin and the Sofitel, and they are so popular because of a terrific location between 5th and 6th Avenue, which is so handy for so much of the city.
