4. If you need informations, don't hesitate to ask to Sergio the concierge, he will give you plenty informations (maps, reductions for some visit like the empire state building and the Intrepid, supermarket address, etc.

8. Another person, not the one who ignored us, tries to hail a cab, but then he tells us that it would likely be impossible to get a cab because of the shift change (which it turns out is probable) and suggest we find alternate means of transportation.

9. The Iroquois is nothing like that, great staff as soon as you enter, on the doors and on reception, always welcoming and helpful.

10. I would also like to recommend the restaurant triomphe associated with the iroquois (it was the best restaurant we've been to in NYC), so good we went even twice.
