1. The Concierge, Vanessa, was exceptional as was Theodora in the restaurant and the desk staff were also very good.

5. The staff are all super helpful and polite, with one possible exception - a group of us was in the front 'Library' room having a meeting and were told very abruptly and with no warning that we all had to move immediately as they had to set up for a dinner.

7. )2) A room service receptionist (telephonist) who chastised us for ordering a pot of coffee at 9 am when there was coffee available in the lobby (she wanted me to cavort naked in the lobby to recharge my coffee addiction??)3) No room service for breakfast, except for crappy continental??? - sacrilege.

8. And if you have a specific need for tickets or any information, the concierge it's alway avaliable and knowledgable so you do not have to worry about anything in the big apple, except of enjoying every single minute.
