Given the overwhelming positives of our stay the negatives seemed minor: water pressure that occasionally dwindled to a trickle during a shower, the key cards that sometimes work and sometimes don't prompting a trip back downstairs to the desk to get them re-keyed, the sometimes long wait for the elevator (a Victoria Secret Fashion Show was going on next store and the hotel was very crowded), and the 45 minute wait for my room to be ready when I checked in at 3:30 pm.
