1. Room rate includes breakfast (continental but very good selection of fresh food) and wifi.

2. The housekeeping staff do a great job - the rooms are very clean, the turndown service is nicely done and there are plenty of fresh towels (although I can never understand why hotel towels have to be so small.

5. The breakfast was so much more than hard boiled eggs and pastries, but also yoghurt, muesli/cereal, fresh fruit salad, bagels, variety of toasts, juice, and not bad coffee (comparatively speaking).
