1. The room was clean and neat and nicely arranged.

2. We took the top floor suite on 12 next to the rooftop patio and thus my only (minor) complaint was that the staff made some noise cleaning up on Saturday evening (but to their credit, did immediately stop after I asked them to).

8. The housekeeping staff do a great job - the rooms are very clean, the turndown service is nicely done and there are plenty of fresh towels (although I can never understand why hotel towels have to be so small.
