2. I know you don't spend much time in your room in New York, but just to come back for a quick shower and change before heading out to dinner, to a beautifully cleaned room, gorgeous big soft towels, turn down service with the radio playing classical music was just perfect.

Lots of beautiful woods in the rooms, marble bathrooms with back lit mirrors, separate shower and bath, wonderful soft beds with lovely cotton sheets, complimentary L'Occitane toiletaries, Great views, large flat screen tv with loads of channels (not that you will have time to use it in NY), Bose sound system with mp3 connector, mirrored wall next to the bed :) .
