1. The staff for the most part is extremely cheerful and helpful and seems to be happy to work here.

5. The hotel is centrally located one side is times square the other side grand centralOverall I was very happy with it, the complimentary breakfast was very good, well cooked, service was a little slow on busy weekend days.

7. It was one of our birthdays and when arriving back to the suite on the evening before, a small cake and chocolates were placed on the table in the sitting room with a happy birthday message.

8. Had it not been for the fact that I spent the first night sleeping underneath a blood stain and had been coldly denied the early check-in I had been promised, I would have been really happy with my stay.
