6. positive and last year I decided to do something different (Staybridge Inn Times Square) and whilst that was a great hotel too, returning to the Sofitel this year reminded me why this hotel is so much better than the others.

10. How was this broken tub not noticed when it was last cleaned?In terms of the positive aspects of my stay, whenever I spoke to the front desk on the phone, whoever I spoke to each time was very nice.
