3. There was secure access which made me feel a little more comfortable but the security gates they are using made me feel like I was entering a prison and the choice of paint on the stairwell walls made me feel like I was in a low class motel.

4. The other not so good things about the hotel was the look from the outside - very like a budget motel, with the rooms on several levels with their entry doors along a corridor on the outside facing the street (which is not always secure) and the outside just had a shabby tired look.
