4. The pool was heated, spa nice (next to freeway and noisy) but the gym's 2 of 3 cardio equipment did not work, however this hotel does not advertise a gym, so I was happy to find anything.

6. I am a student and needed a great deal on a room and the guy at the front desk told me that he could give me a discounted rate and offered me coffee, which made me very happy.
