2. You can reserve the shuttle up to 24 hours prior to your arrival and I was very impressed when a desk clerk called me on Thursday morning at my home to verify our Friday afternoon check in and shuttle reservations to go to Safeco Field for Friday's game.

3. As an extended stay guest for business, for leisure, and as my choice for where to stay while I moved to Seattle; I was always impressed by the Hotel Nexus staff and by the comfort/cleanliness of the rooms.

4. It never ceases to amaze me when hotels don't do a better job cleaning--it's probably the cheapest and easiest thing they can do to make a good impression and also the thing customers care about the most.
