3. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, the suite we stayed in was spotless and had the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

4. Internet is almost impossible, and allthough the staff were friendly and helpful, they themselves could do nothing about the contract with a lousy internet company which apparently runs through December.
