1. The location was perfect - the UW campus was a short bus ride away, and found plenty of amusing attractions in walking distance (Space Needle, EMP, Olympic Sculpture Garden, even Downtown isn't a bad walk).

2. You have a movie theater that shows Indie films, lots of restaurants including Thai, Indian and Irish pub, and plenty of public transportation buses that stop nearby.

5. Parking is expensive ($15 a day), but we found street parking down on 2nd and Republican (a couple blocks away), which is free from 6pm-9am, and cheap two hour metered parking is plentiful after that.

6. There is a very nice, large Starbucks with plenty of seating for breakfast, in the lobby of the hotel, and there are plenty of restaurants within a block of the hotel.
