1. The windows also have no secure screens (you could easliy pop through them) so we had to keep her off the sofa when the windows were open (and with no a/c, you need to keep them open in the evening to cool down the room).

The Queene Anne location is super convenient to activities in all key areas: downtown (Pike Place and financial district just a few minutes drive), Seattle Center and cool local neighborhood restaurant scene (walking distance), Lake Union airport for seaplane tours (less than 10 minutes), just across bridge from Bellevue (easy freeway access avoiding downtown traffic.
