1. What a pleasant surprise, I was looking for something on a budget that had a great location near to city center, with a secure parking garage, well equiped business center, gym and located in a safe area.

2. We were greeted by a friendly front desk employee who moved us to a more quiet room on the fifth floor instead of the first floor room we were originally booked in, which was a pleasant surprise.
