1. The two things we did not like is that we had no air conditioning unit and we had 70 degree+ weather.

3. It has a sense of economy (skimpy hotel amenities, but again these can be off-set by the neighborhood ones), and seems like it could appeal to the type of traveler that likes to get off the beaten path a bit, be adventurous and see what other areas in Seattle may have to offer.
