1. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a decent view, and was maybe half the price of hotels in downtown Seattle.

2. The many decent restaurants in the Queen Anne neighbourhood are a plus, not to mention that in poor weather you don't even need to go outside to enter the adjoining Starbucks.

6. If we had stayed longer, maybe having bikes to use, work out room, coffee, popcorn and water bottles ('Guest Benefits Program'-a mandatory charge) would be worth it; but we were very underwhelmed and overcharged by an otherwise decent hotel.

7. Our room was a decent size, had a kitchenette and a big bathroom, which is a must with children.
