1. Great lay out, plenty of room for luggage racks (there are 2) and ironing, oh and get this: good coffee and a french press to brew it in.

All the basics met or exceeded our expectations and there were plenty of fun extras as well (french press for making coffee, rather than a typical coffee maker; good quality coffee from a small roaster, rather than the typical S***bucks crap; two large-screen TVs; plenty of seating in the sitting room).

5. Location is good, short walk to waterfront, plenty of cafes nearby to get espresso, speaking of coffe they had french press in room to make coffee which was a very nice touch.
