1. The hotel provided a sense of 'history' when you walked in, you knew it wasn't a brand new hotel, you knew that it was nearly 100 years old, it added to the magic of the place.

3. And due to what I can only assume to be a semi-recent upgrading to flat screen tv's, a painting, and a pleasant one at that, hung on the wall in the living room, hiding directly behind the spotless and large new HD flat screen TV.

10. The staff provide the most amazing customer service and I have come to know many of them on a first name basis - I watch how their customer service is consistent whether you're a frequent traveler such as myself, or a brand new guest.
