6. When we returned in the evening for the car, it was brought to us promptly (no extra charge despite the fact we left it there over 10 hrs since check out) and they helped load everything up.

7. The staff seemed happy to be there and happy to help, and I can't tell you how much it means to me when traveling and staff notices the kids and offers things that make them more comfortable.
