1. We stayed at the Four Seasons on the front end of our cruise, but much preferred the service and ambiance of this smaller hotel with a BIG heart and warm hospitality.

2. When we decided we last minute we wanted to go see the whales, the concierge called around until he found somewhere that could get us in, when a beggar bothered us while outside smoking (it happens downtown in big cities) the valet/doorman immediately ran him off.

3. The room was fantastic with a lovely big, comfy bed; lots of windows; very well equipped TV with lots of extra services; and a great bathroom with big walk-in shower and an amazing bath that filled from the ceiling.
